"We bought our tickets online, and when we arrived, they quickly helped us with the physical ticket that would be valid for all transfers. Although it says the activity starts at 9 a.m., you can take the boat from Stressa at any time in the morning (it departs every half hour). It's important to know that getting off at Isla Madre only makes sense if you buy a ticket to the palace, as there are no other attractions to visit.
