He was very flexible and open to adjust the tour to our needs (as we had a 4 year old and a baby with us) and desire. Also there was sweet water to take a shower after swimming and you could choose to sit in the back in the shade and in the front to have more view, and to take to sun in. Overall great experience. Also, he texted us that the day on which we booked the trip the weather would not be fine so we were able to move the trip to another day were the wind was low.
