As soon as we set sail, we were told we wouldn't be able to swim because it was too windy, but we would be able to sail. The result? Everyone was lying down because the waves were huge, the crew was laughing at the situation, and we couldn't even eat our food because of the waves and the swaying on the boat. I think it's irresponsible of the company to let us sail in this situation. We know it's safe, and nothing would happen... but if you know it's going to be uncomfortable and even "dangerous" for passengers going for leisure, you either give them notice or cancel the trip. So we waited in the shade across the way, and when we approached at 12:10, there was already a huge queue, but it was hidden behind some booths nearby, and we couldn't get in line for the nets. It was quite windy, but the crew could have easily arranged it with us. Instead of taking a trip along the coast as compensation, we went on a loop (presumably to look for dolphins). There were also no snacks on board as promised. We were kindly asked if we wanted drinks, and the crew was generally polite. It's also worth mentioning that the booking stated 2.5 hours, but we were back after only 2 hours, even though we started 10 minutes late because other guests were still arriving.
