Everything was superbly organized and the entire crew was incredibly friendly. They kept everyone in good spirits and entertained us wonderfully the whole time. You do spend a considerable amount of time on the boat, but that's part of the experience and wasn't a problem at all. The atmosphere was relaxed and we were able to really enjoy ourselves.
