Everything was explained/told in various languages, including Dutch. Very friendly staff, the boat was clean, and the lunch was simple but delicious. There's self-service water, lemonade, juice, and white wine available on board. All the staff were very welcoming and kind. The boats communicate with each other to find the best spot to spot the dolphins, of which there are so many! The boat is very stable and the ride is safe (especially for those who are more timid and sensitive).
