Negativ: The trip was overbooked. We decided for the more expensive option so that there ist only 16 passengers on board. But unfortunately there were 22 passengers which ist almost 50% more. That is a no go. Additionally you need to share private information like name, date of birth and passport id via WhatsApp. There is no secure way of transmitting these data provided.
