The changing facilities could be improved, as there's only a makeshift communal changing room with no privacy. However, the exorbitant price for photos is almost outrageous! Since you're not allowed to bring your own cell phone and have to buy pictures if you want a souvenir of the trip, it's bordering on exploitation! The photographer is on the trip herself and takes photos of everyone the whole time. In other words, the pictures are taken whether you want them or not, and then charging €30 per person is audacious… you should reconsider."Julia, September 13, 2025From 63€

"Our first rafting experience in Kaiserwinkl was absolutely fantastic! We went with our three children (16, 12, and 10 years old) and felt very comfortable the entire time. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly and explained everything perfectly.
The tour itself was beautiful and truly immersive, allowing us to fully appreciate the scenery. At some points, we were even allowed to get out of the boat and swim, which was especially fun.
However, those expecting a lot of action and adrenaline might be a little disappointed, as the tour is more relaxed and exciting than extremely wild. But it's perfect for families and nature lovers.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a beautiful memory of our holiday here. 😊"
