The Almbachklamm is one of the most beautiful gorges in the Salzburger Land and not for nothing our most popular canyoning tour. In this varied gorge you can expect endless fun - jumps, swimming passages and exciting slides. A scenically beautiful tour to get a taste of canyoning. Tour programme - Preparation: We pick you up at your hotel between 12 and 1 pm and take you to our base, where you will get your equipment and can change. Afterwards, we drive to the gorge with our bus, where an introduction will be given by the guide. After a very short ascent we reach the entry point. - Tour: The route can be adapted to your individual wishes - there are moderate and difficult variants. Many jumps are voluntary, because you have to climb up to undertake them - if you don't want to, just bypass the point. - Return: At the end of the tour we drive back to the camp, where you can shower and change. After a glass of champagne or a beer we take you back to your hotel. Tour facts - Canyon: Almbachklamm (difficulty level: easy) - Description: The Almbachklamm is in principle the continuation of the Strubklamm, interrupted by the Wiestal reservoir. It offers several jumps and swimming routes. - Total duration: 3-4h - Time in the canyon: 1.5h - Abseiling height: 8m (only to avoid jums, not obligatory) - Jump height: from 1.5m to 8m (optional) - Slide length: 6m - Maximum number of participants per guide: 8 people Included Services - Complete high quality canyoning equipment, i.e. helmet, wetsuit with hood, life jacket, neoprene socks, neoprene top to wear underneath if desired, neoprene gloves depending on weather conditions (available wetsuit sizes: kids 145 to XL) - High class harness and rope material - State-certified canyoning guide - Hotel transfers. Please note: A transfer is only required if you are not arriving by car. - Snacks and drinks for purchase Additional Services - Camera rental for 28€.
