The activity is well organized, the equipment provided is of good quality and the guide very friendly and educational. Regarding the family tour, I found it suitable, great (the children loved it), but I personally would have appreciated there being more fun moments like slides or passages under waterfalls. We mainly walked and swam in the water. The €20 supplement for non-professional and sometimes blurry photos is not necessary. "Jo is fantastic, very experienced! He explained everything perfectly and made sure we were safe (4 adults + 4 children - all beginners). The tour was very varied and beautiful. You do have to get used to the cold water :-). The equipment was also a big plus; not every provider includes socks and shoes. Plus, the transfer to the starting point was great. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!"
