Lukas Pichler

I grew up in St. Jakob in the Defreggen valley. As a mountain farmer's son, I discovered the fascination of the mountains and learned to treat them with respect. In my youth I climbed many classics in the South Tyrolean and the Lienz Dolomites. In winter I am usually found on a ski tour in the East Tyrolean mountains. For the most popular mountain tours, e.g. GROSSVENEDIGER, Grossglockner and Ortler I know many ascent options. Furthermore, foreign countries and cultures interest me. So some 5000 in the Himalayas and the ski mountains of Norway can be found in my tour book as well. Since my training as a mountain guide I can be found more and more in the Western Alps.
