My name is Elke Henke, I am a mother of two grown-ups and I am living in the mountains. Besides my family and professional life, the mountains and the Austrian Alpine Association are also a big part of my life! The idea "Mountain experience Tyrol" was based on my wish to exchange my high heels for mountaineering boots. It's about the awareness of the value of the pristine, the nature and humans. In times of permanent stress and competition, it is important to me to find rest in the mountains. I strongly want to share my personal experience with other people. Our nature in all its beauty can be experienced in so many ways!
