The explanations on how to drive the sled are in English but some of the staff also spoke a little Italian. Then the dinner (double ration of soup with fish and bread) that they gave us was also very good.

The guide and staff that helped with gear were knowledgeable and friendly, and they even let our 9 year old have a go at “driving” the dog sled with the assistance of the guide. Food, drinks, and fire were a great way to warm up and end the night.
