Welcome to Rangitata Rafts, a family-owned business located in Peel Forest near Geraldine, just two hours south of Christchurch. We are lucky enough to have exclusive access to the great Rangitata Gorge through our historic sheep farm and can share it with our visitors. Our passionate team of experienced guides knows the river like the back of their hand and will ensure a safe and unforgettable adventure, no matter if you do our Grade 2 or Grade 5 tour. For all our trips, we provide you with high-quality rafting and safety gear, which is regularly checked and replaced. Join us directly at our base amidst beautiful alpine scenery or take advantage of our pick-up service in Christchurch.
