United Kingdom · August 2024In June 2024 we took the beginners' scuba course with Lustrica Diving Centre in Ustrica, north of Sicily, as part of a birthday / holiday. We were both very happy with the people and the programme, not too much too soon and after 3 days we had overcome any initial apprehension and were swimming 10m down amidst the rocks and fishes. And Ustrica was also a star, very clear water and what a lovely, friendly island the place is, and quite an adventure to get there with a 90 minute ferry from Palermo. The very good 1 on 1 training throughout (from Luiz and Sara) was most appreciated, I felt this contributed largely to our very good experience. We received the SSI certification when we competed the course. Very happy. All English speakers too.
