We did the tour with nine people. Our skipper, Phillip, was simply fantastic. He explained the area to us, tried to answer all our questions, and, after consulting with us, took a slightly different route because one location was unfortunately far too crowded. Choosing a private tour instead of a "tourist boat" with lots of people was the best decision we could have made. You just don't get enough time for snorkeling and other activities otherwise. From now on, we'll only do it this way. And the price was excellent!
