we actually could not use Ski Rental, we booked a 2 hours training less than in 48 hours before the time of the event, and there were no available trainers. What was though really positive- the deposit (the booking is done with full prepayment) was immediately back to my bank account. The communication with the staff was also very pleasant - clear, fast and polite communication.
