Perfect organization.
Everything was in place for a hot air balloon flight and the wind came to disrupt this good time.
Not wanting to take any risks for his customers, the manager canceled the flight and postponed it until the next morning.
Having to leave Morocco the next day, it was impossible for us to postpone.
After an email, the full refund was two days later in our bank account.
