Very disappointed! The teacher was nice but didn't speak French, so it was difficult to learn… if I hadn't intervened, he wouldn't have taken the initiative to work with the child… if you take private lessons, it's to help the child progress, not just keep them busy… and not to shorten the lesson because the teacher says the child is tired, and so is he… we pay a certain price, after all!!

I was so grateful that you allowed me to postpone at short notice when I hurt my knee. The lesson itself was exactly what I needed, and Olivia was a fantastic instructor.
