Petzi - the instructor was patient, always smiled, was highly experience. gave a clear safety instructions before the canyoning, gave a clear instructions of how to wear the equipment. moved along the canyoning at a speed that was comfortable to everyone. he did not "push" anyone to do something that he cannot or afraid to do. in jumps, abseiling, he guided and gave relevant tips which helped alot.
