The tour was nice, but the guide wasn't very attentive to safety. There was no initial briefing with explanations of the procedures. The guide left us behind at one point before an 8-meter jump, so we couldn't hear the explanations (the guide dived first when he should have dived last). It would be better to always have two guides, instead grouping more people together (there were only 5 of us).

We booked a river rafting trip in Austria on July 30, and we were incredibly lucky to arrive at the site and be assigned the amazing guide, Sam. We had read a little about him beforehand, so we felt extremely fortunate that we actually got him as our guide. We had the most incredible rafting experience, and Sam truly made it the most unforgettable adventure we’ve ever had. His energy, personality, and positive attitude were absolutely fantastic. He made sure the kids were fully involved throughout the trip, playfully pushed them into the water, had fun with everyone, and kept the atmosphere light and entertaining with great comments and jokes. We went rafting with Wiggi with our daughters (9 and 11 years old). I booked the evening before through Checkyeti. Make sure to select your preferred date when booking your tickets. It will automatically be transferred to the next available slot with your chosen time. Everything went smoothly. Wiggi had an experienced team leader, and we felt safe at all times. It was a fantastic adventure. We had the opportunity to experience the river at its wildest. We highly recommend it. Many thanks to the team. Keep up the great work! 😁
