Our instructor Zac was very accommodating and very responsive. He was very flexible and was able to tailor our experience to our needs, scheduling wise. Sadly, the beginner slopes were out of use since the snow had melted but he jumped into action and found us a suitable area to learn. We really enjoyed that he emphasised safety and didn't push us to do what we were not comfortable with at all. Very cheerful and engaging as well!
