The tour was fantastic. We were lucky enough to book the tour as a family on our own. Our guide, Robert, was great; it was a lot of fun. The kids warmed up quickly and were very adventurous. From start to finish, Wolfgang who was our guide was super attentive, really making us welcome but also had very high standards regarding personal safety. He most definitely made our trip memorable - taking lots of photos, sharing historical information about our location and even shared lunch with us at the end of the Via Ferrara. We felt very confident knowing his experience and background.

Excellent organization, modern rooms, and good facilities. Everyone is very friendly, and the guide is very nice. Highly recommended! There's also a very nice indoor and outdoor area for accompanying persons who aren't participating.
