It was a really great experience. The two guides were great. However, you do need to overcome a bit of fear when jumping because of the ice-cold water and the height of the rocks.

A really fun activity. The instructions were clearly explained, both before and during the trip, making it both adventurous and safe. Everyone was provided with good, safe equipment. The instructor was competent, enthusiastic, clear, funny, and friendly. During the trip, we jumped into the water and swam with the current, again with clear instructions. The children and adults loved it!
