A fantastic experience that deserves a full 5 stars, especially for the way they handled unexpected events. During our rafting trip, the weather suddenly changed from bright sunshine to a heavy hailstorm. We were on the trip with a 14-year-old boy and a 9-year-old boy, a potentially very difficult situation. The staff proved not only professional, but also incredibly compassionate. Once we returned, they took exemplary care of us: they welcomed us to dry off, providing heaters and hairdryers for the kids. As if that weren't enough, they spontaneously refunded us the full amount, including the rafting tickets and photo package. Honesty and empathy are rare.
