Very friendly staff. I was supposed to do a different path, but, due to a recent rainy storm and strong flow of water, it was impracticable. I was told before the activity and opted for another path. As you can read, customer safety is a priority and I really appreciated it. Expert guide and fun path explored. Definitely recommended
