"Since there was too little water (apparently typical in summer) in the river, instead of rafting we were offered “River Play” (similar to canyoning). That was something different than booked, but very fun and a nice afternoon (jumping and sliding in the - very cold - river."

"Terrific!!! We arrived 11/2 hours to do our booked canyoning. Unfortunately, there was an error in the Google Maps address, which meant that we were 90 minutes late.
Instead of simply letting us down after a 3-hour drive, we were offered alternatives. After we thought about it, it came out that a colleague who was free was there and took us on a 1 1/2 hour private tour. Awesome Julia!!!! Thanks .
Even if that doesn't happen often, the willingness to help could be seen and felt throughout the camp. Great tours are possible in Rio Inferno!!!

"Hello, did the river trekking tour today. It was wonderful, the nature, the rocks, the river was just great. Everything worked out great, our guide Lucia was great. She guided us through the river and made sure we had a lot of fun. I highly recommend it."
