It was absolutely worth doing! We had a brilliant instructor who was charismatic, confident, and kind. It was a small group, seven people including myself and the instructor. All the equipment was provided and included in the price. We did lots of cliff jumping, climbing, abseiling, swimming, and caving. It was really fun, but also challenging! I would recommend this to everyone. I look forward to doing it again.
