"Day 1)
- you start with warming up (exercises are based on the process of getting up, which is initially not conscious and you therefore already have a rough idea of the sequence)
- Then you get the basics explained, the structure of the board, coordination of the movement sequences with the waves
- Then you practice the exercises on dry land and then you go into the water, where the coach helps the individuals and corrects them during the process and also shoots videos/photos
Day 2) pretty much the same, only after warming up it goes straight onto the water. But you still have the help of the coach here to further improve your technique
I highly recommend it; I could stand on the board on day 1 and surf several meters without ever having stood on a board!"
