We had the most amazing and fun experience, as a family of 5 our youngest was 8 years old and was a little nervous at times but our guide & instructor, Neil, was absolutely brilliant with him and gave him the confidence to try! It was definitely suitable for beginners as long as you have a good level of fitness to get to the location. We’re so glad we got to experience such a great activity!
