Ireland I booked a ski tour with yeti but actually didn’t end up getting to go, so this rating is purely based on my interactions with them and not on the tour itself. The tour was cancelled and moved to different days (which I couldn’t make) due to weather which I actually found very reassuring. Safety is paramount off piste so I’m glad it was taken seriously. They tried everything to rearrange to a time that suited me and while it didn’t work out on this trip the communication was consistently great and the refund was immmediate. So I will definitely try again when I return.
