The staff were all very friendly. Though I thought the resort we went to at Bad Gastein was a bit tricky for for first timers with some quite steep sections on the blue runs our instructor Olle was excellent. He had good English. By the end of the week with quite a breadth of skill in our family with some advancing quicker than others he was patient and spent time coaching us giving good advice across all skill levels. If someone was slower to pick up the technique other instructors would add additional help and advice. I would use again. Thanks Olle!

In 4 days from baby slope to blue descent. Kids have a few nice days with lovely ski instructors, make enormous progress and end with a nice competition with a medal for everyone. The team gets on well with each other, which shows in relaxed lessons and real attention to make your children an unforgettable time.
