Netherlands 2 hours to get back in the flow was an excellent way to warm up for a short snowboard weekend
United Kingdom The staff were all very friendly. Though I thought the resort we went to at Bad Gastein was a bit tricky for for first timers with some quite steep sections on the blue runs our instructor Olle was excellent. He had good English. By the end of the week with quite a breadth of skill in our family with some advancing quicker than others he was patient and spent time coaching us giving good advice across all skill levels. If someone was slower to pick up the technique other instructors would add additional help and advice. I would use again. Thanks Olle!

Germany Michael is a super relaxed, friendly ski instructor who not only skis really well, but can also pass on his knowledge wonderfully in the form of numerous helpful exercises. Due to heavy traffic, we were unfortunately 20 minutes late for the afternoon course. That wasn't a problem at all and he even made the 20 minutes longer at the back. We also benefited from his tips on things to do in the area. Thanks!
