I had initially booked 3 days of private lessons (beginner level). Thanks to the relaxed, clear, and pleasant explanations from my French ski instructor Dennis (who spoke good English), I laid a solid foundation within 3 days to ski down the blue slopes independently, and I even booked an extra lesson day. I thought the ski lessons with Dennis were fantastic! The service from Snocool was also very good, and the communication was clear and fast.

A very successful first ski experience for the children! Franck, the instructor, was particularly patient and a great teacher. They learned the basics. The setting in Val d'Isère is magnificent, and the badge presentation at the end of the week was a very enjoyable moment.
