I have to admit, from the very first second of the ski rental to the very last second, I felt incredibly comfortable. My little 8-year-old had so much fun and was welcomed so warmly and coached with such patience. I'm very pleasantly surprised that there are still people who genuinely enjoy their work, and it shows.
