My 5 years old daughter had no experience with ski at all. The instructor - Senko - had terrific approach and loads of patience to explain and repeat over and over again :). The whole team looks kind and presents helpfull and professional aproach! On the first day slopes were closed due to bad weather and it was no problem to postpone the lessons one day forward. Thanks !!

We have booked 2-hour snowboard course for 2 days. Both of us were absolute beginners. Our teacher Jan showed us the basics from how to fall properly (to not hurt yourself) to the techniques how to get down the slope and how to turn. On the second day we even used the ski lift and got down from the top. Jan was very patient, explaining to us on the way how to control the board and our bodies. We feel confident now to practice on our own with the basics that we learned.
