"I rang from England to book the lessons before we left. I was in good hands! Very helpful on the phone, helped me with some questions and took payment ready for the next week. Also important to say when we got to the resort it was all there booked in with no problems. The Ski instructor was really helpful in getting us to the correct ski instructor, calling him to see where he was because it was really busy. I will definitely be using them again. Every time we go out skiing. Also we couldn't make the last trip so it was refunded after a call to the Madrid central office. Amazing Customer service."
