Gabriel was great! He was a nice, super chill instructor. We were brand new to snowboarding and he was so patient with us. We could tell he was a good guy because everyone on the mountain seemed to know who he was! We also appreciated all his recommendations regarding Engelberg.

We came all the way from Saudi Arabia and we booked a ski class for the kids with Active Snow Team Engelberg, and even though the Brunni kids’ slopes were still closed, our instructor Rolf went above and beyond to make sure the children still had a wonderful experience. Rolf is a true professional with a solid sports/skiing background. He was incredibly supportive, friendly, and understanding. He personally took the time to find an alternative spot suitable for kids to learn safely, and he made sure they felt comfortable and excited throughout the lesson. He even shared interesting stories about the history of Engelberg, which the kids absolutely loved. Despite the unexpected situation with the slopes being closed, Rolf turned it into a memorable and enjoyable day. Truly one of the best instructors we’ve ever met.. highly recommended!
