My 12-year-old daughter had two days of private ski lessons (2.5 hours each) and loved it. The ski instructor was very patient and motivating, and created a relaxed and pleasant learning atmosphere. Equipment could be rented on-site, and the ski school is very easy to reach. Overall, a very positive experience that I would gladly recommend.
