The excursion was very interesting, and especially well explained by the guide. Now I know why there's a difference in color for mussels. I didn't try the oysters because we had just finished eating and the excursion was at 3:00 PM. And we enjoyed the guide's jokes at the end of the excursion.

A wonderful experience! The crew was incredibly attentive to our son in his wheelchair. The captain shared his knowledgeable and enthusiastic stories about the Canal du Midi, its locks, oyster beds, and the environment and climate that threaten these natural treasures. We made happy memories that will last a lifetime, it was a fantastic experience and my 10 year old daughter loved every minute! William was friendly, entertaining and told us lots about the local area. We had so much fun- riding through the waves, swimming, paddleboarding, snorkelling, watching the sunset and dancing- thankyou William! I highly recommend this trip!
