Italy A beautiful autumn day, sunny and 23 degrees Celsius aboard the Orient Express. Exploring the Maddalena archipelago, with its turquoise and clear waters! Magnificent landscapes and beaches. Plenty of opportunities for swimming.
United Kingdom Fabulous day out, stopped at beautiful places! Personally I would have preferred another beach stop for swimming than the town visit but I would still book again. My only negative would be getting back on the boat from the sea, it’s extremely difficult for older people (over 55!) to get themselves back on the ramp. There was a ladder folded away on the side of the boat but that wasn’t offered for use. Some form of steps is definitely needed. Otherwise lovely crew, amazing coffee and great day out!
