It was an amazing experience. The tour guide gave clear and detailed information about the landscapes and inhabitants. We could taste the typical wine, buy biscuits from the island and take pictures of the smoking volcanoes. On the boat trip we passed the Venusbad (a rock formation) and great fields. The water was a gorgeous color and glittered in the sun. The captain stopped to take pictures of the unique nature. On Vulcano there was a sulfur hot spring in the middle of the market place with breathtaking colors. Finally we had 2 hours free time on Vulcano. Most of the visitors spent it bathing. The water was very warm, you hardly felt any difference between the land temperature and the water temperature. Which I personally love! It was a terrific day! I would recommend the excursion to all holidaymakers in Sicily.
