Sabrina · Group of friendsDEGermany "Everything worked really well. QR code, PL, and CheckYeti were the only providers that pointed out the mandatory registration for Comino. You can do this on-site, but it was convenient to have it already. (You need it in the morning and evening.) The boat was very good, not completely overcrowded on a Tuesday, the guides/staff were friendly, and some spoke German. The Blue Lagoon is, of course, a tourist hotspot, but really worth seeing. The only – but really minor – criticism: The trip was advertised as taking 60 minutes... It actually takes more like 120 minutes, so allow plenty of time. But it's worth it, and the price-performance ratio is very good. Speedboat rides are offered, but not pushed - I liked that. A bit expensive for a relatively short time, but very fun, and the Comino caves are quite pretty. But the "speedboat cruising around" factor definitely outweighs it - especially with our driver, "Music Dude" :)"

We had a problem at the port, where it was unclear where to get the wristbands for the boat ticket and where to get the ones for the Blue Lagoon. It would be a good idea to put up a sign at the port so that people aren't sent from one group to another like idiots. Due to unexpected illness, my younger daughter and my wife were unable to take part in the trip. When I informed the organisers via the app, they were very friendly and promised to refund the price we had already paid on a pro rata basis. (This hasn't happened yet, but I'm sure it will soon.) The lagoon was a bit disappointing for me. The shore was very rocky and slippery, and we could only swim between the boats, always having to watch out for new boats arriving. We could certainly have found another spot on the island, but we only had 1.5 hours and didn't want to waste time searching. But the water was really beautiful and clear, and we were able to snorkel well."
