Nice instructor and good service with solving missed lessons. There is a fairly large difference in the level of participants.
You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.
Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.
Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.
Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.
This course is designed for skiers who already have some experience and want to improve their skills. It focuses on advanced techniques rather than teaching the basics from scratch.
On the first day of the lessons, the meeting point is at the top station of the Schönleitenbahn, 15 minutes before the course starts.
In the low season, if a group has fewer than 5 participants, the lessons are held as half-day sessions of 2 hours instead of 4. During the high season (Christmas, New Year, and semester breaks in February), the course duration remains 4 hours per day.
The minimum age to participate in these adult ski lessons is 15 years.
The course focuses on perfecting your existing skills and learning advanced techniques. You will learn how to carve like a professional and ski on different types of terrain, with your style being improved with the help of video analysis.
