Details
This historical Via Ferrata is not to be underestimated! It is one of the oldest Via Ferratas in the Alps and at the same time one of the most challenging. If you have a lot of experience already, don't hesitate to do this tour that has it all - a combination of overhanging passages and amazing views !
Tour programmePreparation:
We meet in Arco, where you get to know your alpine guide and receive the necessary equipment. After a short trip to the starting point, our experienced guide will give you an introduction to the route and safety-guidelines.
Tour:
This route is very upright. There is a lot of climbing involved, but you are always attached to the steel cable rail. Some passages are overhanging, and you need some strength as well as technical skills to overcome them successfully. When we reach the top of Monte Albano at 685 m, we take a break and enjoy the view before we start the descent.
Arrival:
At the end of the tour, we take you back to the base.
