Kitesurfing Lessons at Lake Garda for Beginners

If you are at Lake Garda for a relaxing and sunny holiday but don't want to miss out on adventure and fun, you will find what you are looking for at our AVID Kiteboarding school. Our kitesurfing group courses for beginners allow you to learn the discipline of kitesurfing in a safe, fast and professional way. In small groups of maximum 4-5 people per teacher, you can experience fun days filled with adventure.
The lessons, which consist of a first theoretical part and a second practical part, last up to 7 hours (2-4hours practice on the water) ensuring a full immersion in the world of kitesurfing. Our kitesurfing school AVID Kiteboarding has teachers who speak English and German and is happy to welcome guests from all over the world - a great way to make new international friends!

Meeting & Preparation
We meet at our base 10 minutes before class starts. The first phase of the course consists of a theory lesson, necessary to learn the basics of kitesurfing. After a short break for lunch, of variable duration, depending on when the wind comes, we will then proceed to the practical part where you can try on the water what you were taught during the morning.

Start time
The starting time of the course on the first day is always at 12 p.m.. For the following days, it may be necessary to start the course at 7:30 a.m. depending on how the wind blows. In this case, the part of the theory, which will be done during the afternoon, will be preceded by practice.

- Minimum age: 14 years with the written consent of the parents/guardians (10 years if a parent/guardian attends the course with the child)
