Advanced Kitesurfing Lessons at Lake Garda

If you have been passionate about kitesurfing for some time and know the basics of this sport, you can improve your skills with a course at our kiteboarding school AVID Kiteboarding. The reason why every kiteboarding enthusiast should take a course at Lake Garda is because this spot is renowned for being one of the most "wind safe" places in Europe.
In small groups of maximum 4-5 people per teacher, you can experience entire days of adventure. Our kitesurfing school AVID Kiteboarding has teachers who speak English and German (not Italian) and we are happy to welcome guests from all over the world - a great way to make new international friends!

Meeting & Preparation
We meet at our base 10 minutes before class starts. The first phase of the course consists of a theory lesson, necessary to learn the advanced skills of kitesurfing. After a short break for lunch, of variable duration, depending on the wind conditions, we will then proceed to the practical part where you can show off what you were taught during the morning.

Start time
The starting time of the course on the first day is always at 12:00 p.m. For the following days, it may be necessary to start the course at 7:30 a.m. depending on how the wind blows. In this case, the part of the theory, which will be done during the afternoon, will be preceded by practice.

Requirements
- Minimum age: 14 years with written consent of the parents/guardians (10 years if a parent/guardian attends the course with the child)
- Physical health
- Swimming ability
- Minimum 1 hour kitesurfing experience
