During our guided dives in Santorini, the divers can board the dive-boat from the small pier, perfectly located just in front the dive station. On the 9m spacious fibreglass fast dive-boat, able to carry 20 persons, we will head to the dive trip. The dive station has its own on-site compressor room, dive gear storage. The dive centre’s beach offers a spectacular view overlooking the Volcanoes and Caldera of Santorini. Equipped with sun beds, shades and a seating area, it is the ideal place for dive briefings, hanging out with fellow divers and of course relaxing between and after your dives.
Dive Area
The island is rich in many easy-reachable diving sites. One of the highlights of the diving area is New and Old Volcano, where you can find amazing lava formations and various wildlife species such as moray eels, clams, lobsters, groupers, barracudas and many more.
Programme- Meeting & Preparation:
We meet sharply on time at our diving centre. There is free parking available in the area. Once at the base, we brief you about safety rules and hand out the diving equipment.
- Diving:
All our dives are guided by qualified instructors. Which exact sites we go to depend on the divers and weather. Generally we do the first at the volcanoes and the second at the cliffs of the caldera at the house reef, or both at the house reef and the 3 rocks, different spots.
- Return:
After a successful dive, we go back to our base. In case, you booked second or more dives, your adventure will continue in about 45 min. Between dives, you can relax at the dive centre beach.

*Please book the start day for your first dive. The additional dives can be arranged individually with your dive centre after completed booking, or can simply be done on the following days.
The diving instructors were extremely nice and helpful, and helped show all interesting marine life I would have missed elsewise. They are clearly well educated and passionate, and were not judgemental at all when I revealed it would only be my second open water dive. They made sure to check in and see that everyone was doing well regularly and provided amazing detail about the dive sites!

What marine life might I see on this activity?
The dive sites around the volcano are rich in wildlife such as moray eels, clams, lobsters, groupers, and barracudas.
What are the requirements to join?
You need to be a certified Open Water Diver and at least 12 years old. To arrange the equipment, you will also need to provide your name, age, height, weight and shoe size. Minors need written parental consent.

Yes, the qualified instructors are used to guiding divers who only have a few dives. They will check in on you regularly during the dive.
