Tandem Paragliding over Chania

With us your dream of flying will become reality. The starting point Varipetro, not far from Chania, is known as the home of paragliding in Crete and offers the best thermal conditions for your tandem flight with north winds. From an altitude of up to 1000 meters, you have a magnificent panoramic view of the north coast of the island, the city of Chania and Souda Bay. Together with a local certified tandem pilot you will glide through the air like an eagle and feel an incomparable sensation of freedom.

Tour programme
- Meeting & Preparation:
We meet at the booked time at the water park "Limnoupolis" in Varipetro. There is free parking available. You will meet your pilot who will give you a safety briefing and answers open questions. Once we're ready, we will go to the starting point located 500 m above sea level by car. On the way, we pass a beautiful green gorge and encounter lots of sheep and goats.
- Start and Flight:
At the take-off site, we attach the harness and you can put on the helmet. The pilot prepares the parachute and gives you instructions for the. All you have to do now is to run a few steps together until you are airborne. Now you can just sit back and enjoy the spectacular view. If you want, your pilot can take photos and videos of your experience, which will be made available to you after the flight. If you have booked flights for several participants, these will take place one after the other
- After Landing:
At the end of the flight, we land gently at the landing field, not far from the water park "Limnoupolis", where we met.
