In the Azores, you will have the opportunity to swim with dolphins in the open sea, in perfect symbiosis with their natural behavior and the environment that surrounds them. Prepare to be amazed by the deep blue sea and the clear waters that surround our island. When swimming with dolphins with us, you will discover that we always seek the perfect balance between an unforgettable experience and respect for the natural resources of the Azores. In this experience you can count on the presence of common dolphins (Delphinus delphis), Atlantic spotted dolphins (Stenella frontalis), Risso's dolphins (Grampus griseus) or bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops truncatus).

Departure
We meet at our base in the marina in Ponta Delgada from where our tour departs. There, you also receive a detailed briefing about the activity.
Tour
Picos de Aventura offers you a unique activity that allows you to discover marine biodiversity. This trip begins with a briefing by our professional team of marine biologists, with deep knowledge of the Azorean sea. We will give you all the advice for interacting with dolphins and ways to behave on the high seas in order to make the most of this experience.
After leaving the marina, the first contact with the marine environment will be to get used to the scuba equipment (mask and tube) and to the deep blue of the Azorean sea. Later you will have the opportunity to observe whales, swim with dolphins and other marine life, in their natural habitat.
This day also includes passage along the land, to admire the coastal geological formations and all the natural beauty of São Miguel.
