Tandem paragliding over the Tyrolean Alps is an absolute treat, especially with the fantastic view of the Achen Lake you get by choosing to fly with us. This offer is ideal for all those who can't get enough of the amazing sensation felt during a paragliding flight, as the thermic winds will carry you for a whopping 25 minutes! So don't wait and come meet us in Maurach! We look forward to taking you on an unforgettable adventure.
Tour programme - Meeting & Preparation: We meet at the top station of the cable car, where you will be briefed on the basics of paragliding. You will be strapped into your harness and the pilot will prepare the paraglider. You can park directly at the cable car. The parking ticket will be reimbursed when you buy the lift ticket. - Start and Flight: Once all is set, the pilot will instruct you to run a couple of meters. The pilot will lift the paraglider into the air and a few seconds later you will gently take off from the slope. During your flight, you will cover an altitude of 900 m, and you will be able to take in the panoramic view of the surrounding Achensee region. All you need to do is lean back and relax – your tandem pilot will take care of everything else. - After Landing: We land back in Maurach, close to the initial meeting point at the cable car station. This is where we will part ways again... until you come back for some more paragliding fun, of course.
